Your personal privacy is important. At The Exchange Bank and Trust Company,

Exchange Bank and Trust Company, any employee access to customer information

the information and our employees’ or agents’ need to know. We
remind employees regularly of their obligations under the Confidentiality section
of the employee manual, which states our requirements for using customer information.
Disregard of these requirements will result in disciplinary action, including
termination in appropriate cases. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards to protect this information.

parties to facilitate the offering, administration, collection, and delivery

our customers’ privacy. We require third parties to comply with strict
standards regarding security and confidentiality of such information. They
are not permitted to release, use for their own purposes, or sell any customer
information we share with them to any other party.
The Exchange Bank and Trust Company does not sell customer information to
outside parties.
We exchange certain information about our customers with selected credit reporting
agencies in accordance with standard banking industry practice.
You should also be aware that there may be occasions where we are legally

Your Account Information
We continually strive to maintain complete and accurate information about
you and your accounts. Should you ever believe that our records contain inaccurate
or incomplete information about you, please notify us immediately. We will
investigate your concerns and correct any inaccuracies.
Information Reported to Consumer Reporting Agencies
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act you have the right to notify us if you
believe we have reported inaccurate information about your account to any Consumer
Reporting Agency. Such notices should be sent in writing and include your complete
name, current address, social security number, telephone number, account number,
type of account, specific item of dispute and the reason why you believe the
information reported is in error. Send your notice to: The Exchange Bank and
Trust Company, P.O. Box 797, Perry, OK 73077. We will investigate your concerns,
and correct any inaccuracies, and confirm our actions to you.
